Co-Founder I CTO
Janne is the lead developer of Deceptive Reality — with his guidance, we bring a beautiful tech-noir VR game to life. Janne has an extensive background from developing games in the mobile gaming market. He has deep knowledge in game development and a combined experience of over a decade form using Unreal Engine, Blender, and Adobes software.
Development & AI Expert
Mathias has a long history in developing games together with Janne making mobile games already back in 2012. Mathias years of deep learning experience as lead AI developer at PreciTaste helps us speed up development with modern AI tools such as image generation and motion capture.
Maimuna assists the game development. Thanks to Maimunas years of experience in game development from studios such as Ubisoft Redlynx, we have been able to create a more agile workflow.
Co-founder I Producer
Axel's keen eye for details keeps the project on track and the numbers in check. Axel has an extensive background working with some of the largest tech IPOs from the banking industry. Thanks to Axels experience from academic writing and practicing martial arts, he writes the games story that interweaves with the gameplay.
Co-founder I Marketing Manager
Per has an extensive background in digital audio-visual creation. Per's years of experience with Adobe's toolsets help us create both in-game visual assets and trailers for the game. Per manages the Discord community, makes and A/B tests marketing campaigns on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and Twitter.
Matti is the mastermind behind Deceptive Reality's soundtrack.
With Mattis years of experience, we bring forth a tech-noir tale with a beautifully composed soundtrack, taking inspiration from 80's synthwave style music.
Audio Visual Expert
Nils-Eriks years of experience from creating cinematic scenes, helps the team choose the right color palette for the tech-noir scenery for the game. Nils-Erik has an extensive background in media, with over 100 commercial productions under his belt.
Studio Sound Expert
Valtteri owns an audio production studio where the voiceovers and sound effects are recorded. Together with the team he creates an immersive soundscape through his experience working with audio. With his expertise we can quickly revise new sound fx into Unreal Engine.
Kris is the voice behind the protagonist, Declan Raimond.
Kris is a prominent Finnish actor and scriptwriter with an international background.
Kris experience in scriptwriting helps the team deliver an enticing and deep storyline. Kris has a degree in arts from the prominent Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London.
Chairman of the board Next Games
Petri is Chairman of the board at Next Games, which successfully IPOed in 2017 and launched the Walking Dead and Nexus franchises on the mobile markets. He mentors and spars the team on making the right business development decisions.
Senior Cloud Architect - Nordcloud, Former Performance Marketing & User Acquisition – Next Games
Robert coaches the team on making smart marketing decisions through A/B testing and finding the right metrics to track through API's and analytics software.
Innovation Director VRKiwi
Jani is the Innovation Director at VRKiwi the leading publisher in VR in Finland. He advises the team on the business development in VR, such as strategic decisions on go-to-market.
